Titan/'Pistol' ran off the last three games in their second set in a nice comeback (6-4) against Joe 'Gimpy Knees' Cruz and Awal the 'Togo Man' to earn the right to a rematch on the champions court. Carl 'Spindly Legs' Gessman and Stuart 'Not Espn' Scott could not halt the onslaught of the tandem of Hauss/Ricci in sets 3 and 4 anymore than 'Big Al' Diodati and 'Happy Jack' Carey could in the opening set on this beautiful morning at Kinsley.
